Patriots™ Gear Winners will be contacted by the New England Patriots™ Prize Fulfillment Center and all other winners will be contacted directly by the Massachusetts State Lottery.

 

Drawings will occur at approximately 20% increments of all Patriots $5 Tickets sold by the Mass. State Lottery. The first drawing will occur once the ticket reaches approximately 20% of sales and the following 4 drawings will occur at approximately 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% respectively.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Winning internet entrants must provide the tickets from the selected entry to claim their prize. Photocopies will not be accepted.
